I started a Carnivore 75 Hard challenge that starts Monday? (May 2nd) It will run through July 16th.
You can adapt it to what fits your goals within the 5 categories. Judy Cho created this challenge in 2019 based on Andy Frisella's 75 Hard challenge (that one is crazy and requires 2 45 min workouts a day...which is not needed for most people).
Anyway...I could use some focus adding movement of any kind into my life and help cutting out the Diet Coke I've let slip back in so I am going to do this starting Monday. 😂🤦🏼♀️ Let me know if you want to participate.
